Jim Roeters started the business in Los Angeles over 28 years ago under the name of Roeters Resources, then ACT Services.  He had an opportunity to move his family to Sonoma County in 1995 and took that opportunity to be in a more desirable environment to raise his family. His background includes nine years in healthcare Materiel Management, over thirteen years working in various capacities for a national computer company that developed software solutions and implementations for the healthcare industry. Within that time he worked on a Mobile Office/Virtual Office team that rolled out over one thousand laptops to a field force in twenty-five offices.  Training and support were a huge part of made the project so successful.  Technology is constantly changing and studying to keep up with the times is an ongoing process.
